• Two-step submission process following the form on the right
• Call open July 31-Sep 20
• Open to all Northeast Ohio artists in all mediums
• No Entry Fee
• Notification of Acceptance: Sep 27

Important Dates/Entry Details

• Shop days/consignment period: Nov 1-Dec 21 during regular business hours
• All work must be $250 or less
• All work must be properly prepared for display (wire hanging for 2D, clear sleeves for cards, etc). VAC has the right to refuse artwork deemed unfit for display and is not responsible for damages caused by improper display preparation
• Work is not limited to being holiday themed
• A 35% commission will be deducted from sale price during consignment period
• Accepted artwork drop off: Oct 3-5
• Artwork pick up at the end of consignment period: Jan 2-4
• Payment issued via ACH Direct Deposit (at the end of each month)

Gift Memberships

Purchase an individual or family gift membership, or renew a gift membership at its current level or higher. Gift recipients receive all the benefits of membership. To purchase a gift membership via credit card, call VAC at 440-247-7507.
