Valley Art Center's
Art by the Falls
June 8th and 9th, 2019
Valley Art Center is proud to present the 36th Annual Art by the Falls outdoor fine arts and contemporary crafts festival. Every year the event draws thousands of patrons to the banks of the Chagrin River, located in the middle of historic Chagrin Falls. An ideal setting for an outdoor festival, the village's historic Main Street overlooks two waterfalls and hosts a wealth of fine shops, galleries and restaurants.
The show features approximately 120 painters, potters, jewelers, wood workers, fiber artists and other fine craftspeople. Categories include Textiles, Glass/Enamel, Photography/Prints, Wood/Metal/Sculpture, Jewelry, Painting/Drawing, Ceramics, Other/Mixed Media.

This exhibit (POW!) will feature an open entry segment to be juried by the Dumm’s, as well as pieces by select artists curated by the Dumm’s to spotlight specific moments or movements in comic history with a focus on Ohio’s contributions to this fascinating medium.
