Artwork Delivery Dates
Friday drop off, November 1, 10am – 2pm Saturday drop off, November 2, 10am – 2pm Shipping—please plan for shipped art to arrive by November 4, 2024 or earlier (but not before October 31) and include a prepaid return shipping label inside your package. Artwork Pick Up Dates Return shipping, ASAP after close of exhibition Tuesday pick up, December 17, 10am – 4pm Wednesday pick up, December 18, 10am – 4pm Thursday pick up, December 19, 10am – 7pm Opening Reception: Friday, November 8, 5 – 8pm Sensory Friendly Quiet Hour 5-6pm Award Presentation 7pm Ekphrastacy | Artists Talk + Poets Respond: Thursday, December 5 Doors Open at 6:30pm Poetry Begins at 7pm Your artwork may be chosen by a local poet to create an original poem, to be performed at this unique and exciting event. If chosen, your presence is requested so that you may speak at this event before the poet performs. Please keep this date open on your calendar.
